Your new company Hays Education are pleased to be supporting a primary school opening a new Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) in September 2026. The provision will begin with a small group of pupils with communication and interaction needs, growing gradually over the year. The school is committed to inclusive practice, strong family partnerships and creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. You'll be joining a team focused on high-quality SEND provision and positive outcomes for young learners.
We are looking for an experienced SEND teacher to join the SRP on a supply basis for the autumn term. You will help establish the provision, set up routines and deliver personalised learning for four pupils in Early Years and Key Stage One. You'll work alongside a dedicated SRP Teaching Assistant, plan adapted lessons, track progress and ensure EHCP outcomes shape daily practice. This temporary role offers the opportunity to apply for the permanent position when it is re-advertised for a January 2027 start.
