Your new company is an established organisation which is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is seeking a proactive and professional Accounts Administrator to join them in the newly created role of Accounts Assistant at their Southend office. This role is being offered on an initial 6-8 week basis with potential longer-term prospects.
Your new role involves working as part of a supportive accounts team, playing a pivotal role in the accounts payable function, with responsibility for monitoring the accounts payable inbox, processing invoices, generating Excel templates and supporting with weekly payment runs.
What you'll need to succeed: The successful candidate will either have accounts payable or similar accounts experience or strong numerical, IT and administrative skills, with the ability to learn new processes.
