Your new role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving Vehicle Hire and Damage team handling a broad range of defendant credit hire and vehicle damage disputes.

You will take ownership of a varied caseload of litigated credit hire and damage matters, spanning small claims track through to multi-track cases.

In addition to credit hire disputes, you will also gain exposure to issues including liability, indemnity, personal injury elements, and associated losses such as diminution claims.

You will be responsible for proactively managing your files from inception through to resolution, ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with client expectations.

The role involves delivering commercially focused legal advice, maintaining strong relationships with insurer clients, and contributing to wider team performance.
