Due to continued growth, we are looking to engage a Solicitor within the Residential Development team.
Join this high-performing Real Estate team, renowned for its expertise in residential development. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join this thriving team. You'll play a key role in supporting clients through the full lifecycle of development projects, from initial land acquisition through to planning, infrastructure agreements, and plot sales.
Working alongside experienced peers, you will advise on:
- Strategic site acquisitions and disposals
- Conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements
- Planning and Section 106 agreements
- Infrastructure and utility arrangements
- Plot sales and ongoing site disposals
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys managing complex transactions, thrives on client interaction, and wants to play an integral part in a well-established and ambitious practice.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Qualified with 5+ years PQE in Real Estate, ideally with experience in residential development.

- A strong communicator who enjoys collaboration and building long-term client relationships.
