Your new company, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join their Adult Safeguarding Team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of Section 42 safeguarding enquiries
  • Undertake duty work and safeguarding investigations
  • Complete assessments, reviews, and care planning in line with legislation
  • Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and best interest decisions
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard adults at risk
  • Develop and implement person-centred safeguarding plans
