This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of housing improvement, refurbishment and development projects that directly impact local communities.
You will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
The Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing a range of capital investment and development schemes across residential housing stock.
Key responsibilities include: Managing the delivery of planned capital investment programmes and development projects.
Overseeing refurbishment, retrofit, decarbonisation and asset improvement works.
Managing consultants, contractors and supply chain partners.
