SEN Support Assistants (HLTA Level) - Slough

Hays Education is recruiting experienced HLTA-level SEN Support Assistants to work across a range of Slough Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools through our exclusive Preferred Supplier List (PSL) contracts. These roles offer the opportunity to make a real impact in specialist settings supporting pupils with diverse and complex needs.

The role involves supporting children and young people within SEN and specialist provisions, including:

  • SEMH, ASD, PMLD, SLD and MLD settings
  • Small-group and 1:1 intervention support
  • Assisting with differentiated learning activities
  • Promoting independence, engagement and positive behaviour
  • Working closely with class teachers, therapists and SEN teams
