Your new company is a well-established residential housebuilder delivering high-quality new build homes. You will be joining a busy site team on a development in Harker, Carlisle, assisting with final finishing works ahead of plot handovers.
Your new role involves working as a skilled labourer carrying out basic finishing tasks across new build properties. Duties will include:
- Painting and touch-ups
- Applying mastic/sealant
- General snagging
- Ensuring plots are presented to a high standard
You will also support the site team with general duties to help meet deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a similar role within construction or housebuilding
- Ability to carry out basic finishing tasks such as painting and mastic work
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
- CSCS card preferred
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
