Delivering proactive tax advice to owner-managed businesses, shareholders and private clients. Managing a range of complex advisory projects including restructuring, succession planning, share schemes and employee incentives. Advising on inheritance tax planning, trusts and estates matters. Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries and managing technical risk. Mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team. Contributing to the continued growth and development of the firm's tax offering. To be successful in this role you will be CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified and have experience operating in a tax advisory-focused role.
