Hays are working with a public sector organisation in Gloucestershire to recruit a 12-month FTC Share Point SME / Desktop Support Engineer.
Salary c£30,000 - £35,000 and mostly site based in Gloucestershire.
Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Share Point Online sites, libraries, permissions, security, and governance.
Support the Trust's Share Point migration project and ongoing platform improvement.
Provide support for Share Point incidents, requests, troubleshooting, and user queries.
Monitor performance, compliance, and storage, escalating issues where required.
Create user documentation, training materials, and promote best practice.
Assist with Service Desk operations, account administration, asset management, and supplier liaison.
Deliver excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
Key Requirements Essential Relevant IT qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience with Microsoft 365 / Share Point Online administration.
Knowledge of ITIL and Service Desk support processes.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience using incident and service request management tools.
Desirable NHS experience.
Microsoft certifications.
Exposure to desktop, server, or network support environments.
