This is an excellent opportunity to join awell-established tax function and play a pivotal role in overseeing UK taxcompliance, providing strategic tax advice, and driving process improvementsacross a significant property and infrastructure investment portfolio.

Based in London with hybrid working, this six-month fixed-term contract offers thechance to work alongside senior stakeholders and contribute to a businessmanaging billions of pounds of long-term investments.

With a long-term investment outlook and astrong focus on governance, sustainability and member outcomes, theorganisation operates across a diverse portfolio that includes significantproperty and infrastructure investments.

You will join a collaborative andhighly regarded tax team during a period of transition, providing valuablesenior-level expertise and support.

Your New Role As Senior Tax Manager (Compliance Advisory), you will provide senior oversight acrossinvestment tax compliance activities while acting as a key adviser toinvestment stakeholders on property and infrastructure tax matters.

Approximately 60% of the role will focus on compliance, 30% on advisory andproject work, and 10% on tax risk and governance activities.

Keyresponsibilities will include: Managing the investment tax compliance calendar across corporation tax, partnership tax, VAT and CIS.

Reviewing corporation tax and partnership tax returns for property investments.

Reviewing corporation tax returns prepared by external advisers for infrastructure investments.

Overseeing recurring VAT and CIS compliance activities, including filings, payments and query management.

Acting as the primary tax adviser to property and infrastructure investment teams.

Advising on acquisitions, disposals, asset management activities, financing arrangements and investment structures.

Managing relationships with external tax advisers and reviewing the quality of their deliverables.

Supporting tax governance, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Improving controls, documentation, operating procedures and compliance processes across the tax function.

Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Investment Accounting and investment stakeholders to resolve technical and operational tax matters.

What You'll Need to Succeed To be successfulin this role, you will be a qualified tax or accounting professional withstrong experience across UK tax compliance and advisory within an investment, property, real estate, infrastructure, asset management or related environment.

You will ideallybring: ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.

Strong experience in UK corporation tax, partnership tax, VAT and CIS compliance.

Background in property, real estate, infrastructure or asset management tax.

Experience overseeing complex tax compliance processes and governance frameworks.

Ability to manage and challenge external advisers to ensure high-quality outputs.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work across finance, operations and investment teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical tax matters in a commercial and practical way.

A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to operate independently in a senior role.
