Your new company is a highly regarded London Market insurer looking to appoint a Senior Reinsurance Claims Adjuster to join its established Reinsurance Claims team. The business is recognised for its strong underwriting capability and collaborative claims approach, working closely with underwriting teams and clients across complex international portfolios.
Your new role involves reporting into senior claims leadership, joining a close-knit team responsible for handling complex and high-value Reinsurance claims, primarily within Casualty lines. This is a technically focused and stakeholder-heavy role, with significant interaction across underwriting teams and clients.
You will be responsible for managing a lower volume, high-value caseload, ensuring claims are assessed, progressed and resolved effectively in line with policy coverage and strategy. You will handle complex Casualty Reinsurance claims within the London Market, working closely with Underwriting teams to provide claims insight and support.
The role will also involve regular engagement with clients and external stakeholders on claims strategy and resolution. You will assess coverage, liability and reserving on high-value claims, while supporting best practice across claims handling within a collaborative and technically strong team environment.
