A top international law firm has two vacancies available in its Sheffield office for experienced property law paralegals who are looking for the next step in their legal career.
Applicants who can demonstrate hands-on Real Estate/Commercial Property paralegal experience can expect to be involved with high-quality cases centred around supporting clients based within the energy and utilities sector on a wide variety of property-related matters.
This role can offer the successful candidate the opportunity to be responsible for a caseload through the various stages of real estate transactions and can offer the freedom and trust not often associated with paralegal roles where there is complete ownership and responsibility of cases.
An excellent academic background is essential for applicants. At a minimum, candidates must have studied law and any post-graduate qualifications in addition to having property paralegal experience in an established legal team. This role may be particularly of interest to any candidate who may be working towards their CILEx qualifications and who has a desire to build a career for themselves in property law.
