Job Description

Your new companyA number of opportunities have arisen for ambitious and driven surveyors to join a friendly and collaborative surveying team specialising in business rates as they prepare for the new rating list. The Rating Department provides expert rating advice to a wide range of clients across the office, industrial and retail sectors across the UK.Based in their Head Office in Denton, Manchester, the surveyors would be working primarily with the head of rating to manage casework from their diverse client base to reduce their historic and future liabilities.

Your new roleThe role will give you opportunity and autonomy to develop your career as you work towards your qualification or support in getting your team members qualified. Alongside your own casework you will work with the leadership team to launch additional services for commercial property owners and tenants.

What you'll need to succeedIdeally, you will be degree qualified and hold or work towards the RICS APC qualification with a strong and proven history of success in rating industry allowing you to support, develop and expand your team.In addition to this you will need to possess an entrepreneurial and can-do mindset as you will be joining the senior leadership team within the business.
