Job Description
Your new roleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance to lead and support high-impact projects within a secure and regulated environment. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in project governance, stakeholder engagement, and technical delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Project Management point of contact across assigned roles.
- Provide comprehensive PM support including management of key artefacts such as PEPs, Procurement and Quality Plans, and Risk & Opportunity strategies.
- Lead weekly and monthly project reporting, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Draft, review, and manage contract documentation in line with project requirements.
- Maintain electronic records using platforms such as SharePoint and MERIDIAN vault.
- Initiate and manage change control processes to ensure project alignment.
- Champion safety and quality best practices in accordance with P3M role constraints.
What you'll need to succeed
- Active DV clearance (mandatory).
- Proven experience in project management within secure or regulated sectors (e.g., defence, nuclear, government).
- Strong understanding of project artefact lifecycle and governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and document control systems.
