This practice boasts a comprehensive project portfolio of landmark projects and a decent order book going into 2025. Due to some key project wins, they are now looking to expand the team by hiring an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with the view to put you on a promotion path as the business continues to grow. Your new role It is as a Senior/ Principal Mechanical Engineer that can carry out engineering design, the management of projects and small teams, working on multiple projects including multi-million pound schemes. You will support the directors by developing standards within the company, taking the lead in managing projects utilising your experience. You will act as design lead on projects, promoting design excellence, and you will mentor and develop the skills of the engineers in the team.
