Your new company You will be working for a boutique growing Lloyd's Broker specialising in Marine Insurance business, with offices around the world.
They are fully service oriented, and they serve their customers with all their knowledge and passion.
They can service any marine coverage, but most clients are Hull Machinery/Increased Value/Freight Interest, P I, War Risks, Kidnap Ransom, Yachts.
They place business produced from their other offices alongside working directly with clients and other producing players.
They see a very wide variety of accounts and have vast experience in dealing with all types of tonnage, records, clients and trading.
Due to expansion in the Marine team, a position for a Senior Account Handler/Technician has arisen to come into the office 4 days a week.
Your new role Your new job working as a Senior Account Handler/Technician means you will handle your own portfolio of accounts within a sub team of 5 including both Brokers and Accounts Handlers.
You will have an ability to create open market MRC's and facility declaration off-slips and endorsements and accurate preparation of client documentation.
Duties will include submission of MRC slips to Whitespace Platform and/or sending MRC slip agreements to Underwriters via email, effectively managing all renewals and adjustments, processing risks into their inhouse broking system, generating debit/credit notes to clients...
