Your new company You will be working for a national charity based across the East Midlands. Your new role Act as a Senior Support Worker working across the East Midlands, Derbyshire/Leicestershire guiding and supporting teams in matters of practice, quality, performance, compliance, and resource management and carry a caseload of complex need service users. Line manages support workers as needed for temporary periods; deputising for Service Leads and be a key role in supporting targeted failings services.Improve the lives of service users by co-ordinating the provision of direct housing related support and housing management services by working with area operational and central support teams and liaising with a range of external agencies and partners. There may also be a requirement to work on your own in the community and/ or service setting. Act as a peripatetic senior operational lead working across services providing direct input and support on practice, performance, or quality matters. Co-ordinating and delivering service improvement plans for a service or group of services working in collaboration with the Quality team and Service Leads. Support in the co-ordination of service audits. Work with the Quality and Safeguarding Team on development and implementation of procedures and toolkits relating to working with service users who require higher levels of support.
