Your new role
In this position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Financial Lines claims, with a particular focus on Professional Indemnity risks across both domestic and international placements. You will handle claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring that each case is progressed efficiently while maintaining a high level of service throughout the lifecycle. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders including clients, insurers, loss adjusters and legal representatives, providing clear guidance on claims strategy, coverage interpretation and resolution.
