Your new role includes:
- Finalising Trial Balance
- Creating monthly variance reports and other management reporting as needed
- Analysing data and assisting in the preparation of statements, reports, and tax returns
- Receiving, reviewing, and analysing source information for validity and appropriate approvals
- Being responsible for Finance projects involving compliance, adding new offices, implementing HMRC changes, new software, etc.
- Backing up for the preparation of VAT/EC Sales/Intrastat returns
- Preparing returns to the Office of National Statistics and other required reporting
- Assisting in the preparation of the audit
What you will need to succeed:
- 5+ years of job-related experience
- Manufacturing SAP experience is essential - only apply if you have this
- Experience in a multi-currency environment
- Experience of Integrated Standard Costing
- Experience of accounting for foreign branches and subsidiaries
- Experience of UK and EU VAT requirements
