Hays Education is working in partnership with a growing number of inclusive primary schools across Sandwell, including West Bromwich, Smethwick, Oldbury, Tipton, Wednesbury, Rowley Regis and surrounding areas.
With the increasing demand for SEN support in mainstream education, many schools have recently established their own specialist SEN resource bases, nurture provisions and enhanced support hubs.
As a result, they are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants who can bring their specialist knowledge and skills into a mainstream environment.
