About the Role: We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils with diverse and complex needs. The successful candidates will play a key role in assisting pupils with their learning, emotional wellbeing, and personal development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils in class, small group work, and on a 1:1 basis
- Assisting with the implementation of individual learning plans
- Encouraging pupil engagement, independence, and achievement
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure pupil progress
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic nature
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs
