Hays Education is partnering with welcoming primary schools across Moseley (B13) to recruit SEN Teaching Assistants and 1:1 Support Assistants for September 2026.
These schools are looking for dependable people who can offer consistent, individual support and help pupils enjoy positive experiences in the classroom.
Whether you already have school-based SEN experience or have supported children in another setting, this could be a great next step in a genuinely rewarding career.
Your new role No two pupils are the same, so your support will be tailored to the child and the school.
You may work closely with one pupil, support a small intervention group or help children access learning within the wider classroom.
