We are currently recruiting for dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Staff to join a specialist further education setting in Coventry. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), helping them develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills as they prepare for adulthood. You will support learners with a range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities, both in the classroom and across the wider college environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist with tailored learning programmes
- Support students with additional needs, including personal care where required
- Promote independence and social development
- Work closely with teaching staff and therapists
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
