Your new role
- Delivering high-quality teaching tailored to the individual educational needs and abilities of each pupil.
- Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that are age-appropriate and aligned with pupils' levels of ability.
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupils' progress, attainment, and behaviour in a clear and consistent manner.
- Promoting and maintaining good order and discipline, while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all pupils at all times.
- Supporting the effective management, organisation, and discipline of the school in all reasonable and practical ways.
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with colleagues to promote the best outcomes for all pupils.
- Engaging with parents and carers to ensure their children's needs are understood and met.
What you'll need to succeed
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
- Ideally possesses experience teaching in a special educational needs (SEN) setting
