Hays Education is recruiting experienced HLTA-level SEN Support Assistants to work across a range of South West London Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools through our exclusive Preferred Supplier List (PSL) contracts. These roles offer the opportunity to make a real impact in specialist settings supporting pupils with diverse and complex needs.
The role
- Supporting children and young people within SEN and specialist provisions, including: SEMH, ASD, PMLD, SLD and MLD settings
- Small-group and 1:1 intervention support
- Assisting with differentiated learning activities
- Promoting independence, engagement and positive behaviour
- Working closely with class teachers, therapists and SEN teams
