Your role will involve supporting students in their academic and personal development, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH and SEN needs. Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff to create a positive learning environment.
