Your new company Hays have been approached by a number of High Schools in the Blackpool area that we have worked with for a number of years, who are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistants on a full-time basis. There has been a huge increase in demand and we are now looking for individuals who hold Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications to work 5 days a week and provide the consistent support for pupils who need the extra help. Your new role As a teaching assistant you are responsible for providing support and assistance to the pupils, this could either be working as a general classroom support or working on a 1:1 basis with pupils across KS3 and KS4. By being a teaching assistant, you should possess good behaviour management skills and hit the ground running by building up those relationships with pupils as well as staff.
