This strategic partnering role offers the opportunity to work with senior leaders to shape people strategy, lead organisational change initiatives and support the delivery of high-quality services to local communities. This is a strategic HR Business Partner role partnering closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that support organisational performance and long-term objectives. You'll lead workforce planning, organisational change and transformation initiatives, while providing expert advice on complex employment matters and people-related risk. Working as a trusted advisor, you'll influence and coach senior stakeholders, use workforce data and insight to inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across people practices and services. You'll also lead and develop a small HR team, fostering a high-performance, inclusive and supportive culture. You will demonstrate experience operating at a strategic business partnering level within a complex organisation. You will have a proven track record of leading organisational change and workforce transformation, using data and insight to influence decision-making and drive positive business outcomes. Chartered Member or Fellow of the CIPD, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Experience leading organisational change, transformation and workforce planning initiatives. Strong understanding of organisational risk, employment matters and compliance. Skilled at analysing complex issues and providing practical, risk-based advice. Confident coaching, supporting and constructively challenging senior leaders to drive continuous improvement.
