Job Description

Your new companyA large secondary school in Nottingham city is seeking a professional and approachable Receptionist to join their front office team. This is a full-time, term-time-only role, starting in September 2025. It is initially a temporary position but has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Your new roleYou will be the first point of contact for students, staff, parents, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, handling phone and email enquiries, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the school's front office.Working hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
