Have you ever considered a career in a school but don't have a teaching qualification?We work with schools in order to support them with daily and long-term cover requirements.
These roles can be full-time or part-time and will give you experience of working with young people.
We are looking for people who may possess one or more of the following: Has cared for a child with SEN or additional needs.
Has worked within an adult or child-care setting.
Has been a Teaching Assistant or cover supervisor in the past and is looking to return.
Has worked with young people in a coaching, sports, Brownies, youth work setting.
What the role entails: Covering lessons for absent teachers Delivering pre-set work to students Behaviour managing Covering all subject areas What you will need: A passion for supporting children within education.
A willingness to go above and beyond to help a child achieve.
A good level of literacy and numeracy.
Strong communication skills.
Previous experience of working with children is desirable but not essential.
