- Strong knowledge of HR processes within schools (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, staff records)

- Ability to work closely with Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
- Lead on all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and safer recruitment compliance
- Maintain accurate and compliant staff records, contracts, and a single central record.
- Advise SLT on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters
- Manage absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance processes
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, KCSIE, and employment legislation
