- Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles

Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a fast-paced environment. Experience with process improvement and problem-solving tools (e.g. root cause analysis). A degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
