Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them succeed? We are recruiting a Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Rugby. Start Date: ASAP

  • Full-time position within a specialist SEN school.
  • Support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
  • Provide both pastoral and academic support to help pupils engage in learning.
  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to deliver a structured and supportive learning environment.
