The Role
/n
As a Cover Supervisor/Cover Teacher, you will:
/n
/n
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
/n
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
/n
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently.
/n
- Ensure students remain engaged with their learning.
/n
- Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies.
/n
- Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons.
/n
/n
Requirements
/n
/n
- UK secondary school experience is essential.
/n
- QTS is desired but not essential.
/n
- Strong classroom management skills.
/n
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working in different school settings.
/n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
/n
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
/n
- Access to a car is advantageous due to the variety of school locations across the region.
/n
