Your new company
We're looking for an experienced Roofer to carry out high-quality repairs and maintenance across social-housing properties in the East Midlands. You'll be based out of the Nottingham depot and work across a large regional property portfolio.
Your new role
- Deliver roofing repairs, replacements and associated trade tasks
- Work to professional standards, legislation and safe-working practices
- Provide a reliable, customer-focused service across occupied properties
What you'll need to succeed
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Roofing or associated trade qualification and strong trade experience
- Skilled in pitched and flat roofing, timber repairs, UPVC fascia/soffits, felt/single-ply systems, leadwork and pointing
- Valid manual UK driving licence + minimum one year's driving experience
- Preferable: Working at Height, Abrasive Wheel, PASMA
