We are seeking a reliable Road Sweeper Driver to operate small road sweeping vehicles, ensuring roads, highways, and public areas are kept clean, safe, and free from debris.
Location: South Gloucestershire | BS35 4BD
Contract: 3 Months
Shift: shift work on a rotational basis
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate small road sweeper vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
- Clean roads, pavements, and designated areas to required standards.
- Complete records and report defects or incidents.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid UK Driving Licence (appropriate category).
- Sweeper Ticket/Qualification (Small Road Sweeper).
- Previous experience operating road sweeping equipment.
- Good understanding of health and safety.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Desirables:
- Experience working on highways or construction sites.
- CSCS Card (preferred).
- National Highways Passport.
