Your New Role

As the Reward Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a global reward strategy for a complex, international organisation. Partnering closely with the Head of Reward, you'll lead cyclical reward activities, analyse market trends, ensure compliance with evolving legislation, and act as a trusted expert to senior stakeholders across the business. This is a high-impact, specialist role where your insight will directly influence reward decisions and organisational performance. This is a fast-paced environment suitable for a confident reward specialist who can build strong relationships and who thrives on ownership, pace and accountability. With succession planning in mind, this position offers a clear pathway to becoming the future Head of Reward for the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Annual reward cycles - Lead key processes including annual salary review, short-term and long-term incentive plans, and ad-hoc reward programmes.
  • Global mobility support - Contribute to global mobility activity and statutory reporting for globally mobile employees, including short-term business visitor requirements.
  • Regulatory reporting - Support delivery of CEO pay ratio, Gender Pay Gap, EU Pay Transparency requirements and Directors' Remuneration reporting.
  • Stakeholder engagement - Work with senior stakeholders across the business.
