Restructuring & Insolvency Senior Manager

You know the drill.

MVLs, CVLs, Administrations, CVAs – you've seen it all. You've led engagements, wrangled stakeholders, and kept the wheels turning when things got messy. You're not just technically sound – you're commercially sharp, people-savvy, and know how to spot an opportunity before it's even on the radar.

Our client is looking for someone who doesn't just manage insolvency cases – they lead from the front. Someone who can mentor a team, drive growth, and still keep the quality bar sky-high. You'll be the go-to for complex projects, client meetings, and strategic input. And yes, you'll be trusted to make decisions that matter.

What you'll need:

• JIEB qualified (non-negotiable)
• Significant experience across formal insolvency (MVL, CVL, Admin, CVA)
• Strong network and proven ability to convert leads
• People management skills – coaching, performance, delegation
• Bonus points if you've handled advisory work (IBRs, options reviews, AMA)
