Your new company A Social Housing Provider based in the East Midlands are seeking to appoint a Repairs Supervisor to join their team. The position is 38 hours p/week and paying £35,478.00 and could rise to £39,420.00 with good performance. The role is primarily to coordinate and lead a team of Multi Trade Operatives or contractors, delivering high quality maintenance with commercial awareness, across multiple sites responding to customer needs, the organisation’s priorities and group objectives. Your new role CustomersSupervise the carrying out of maintenance activities, delivered by internal teams or contractors. Drawing up specifications, repairs orders and contract documents for reactive works. Manage internal and external contractor performance to deliver those works on time, on budget and to the required standard.
