This leading national firm is looking to hire a regulatory lawyer to work with health and social care regulators, as well as regulators in legal services and education. You will be working on complex and high profile cases and will be involved in case investigation, preparation and presentation.

The team works on matters where it is alleged the registrant's fitness to practise is impaired through misconduct, competence or health issues and preparing those cases for hearings before panels and committees of the relevant regulators. These cases cover everything from large-scale fraud or multi-patient clinical failings through to inappropriate sexualised behaviour.

Previous relevant experience gained either in private practice or in-house is essential.
