Your new role Managing and supervising all aspects of our rehab facility.

Overseeing the management of staff, inclusive of staff training, supervision and assessment of competency.

Audits of all aspects of treatment Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines Providing leadership and guidance in areas such as safeguarding and risk management.

Ensuring that the service is continuously improving, developing in line with changes to national guidance and in line with stakeholder feedback.

What you'll need to succeed Previous experience of being a CQC Registered Manager in a rehab or similar hospital setting is essential.

Strong background in substance misuse, nursing, counselling or mental health - minimum 5 years.

Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.

Excellent understanding of medication management.

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a Monday to Friday role, although there is additional weekend work available.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership or equivalent required.
