Regional Change Lead Role DescriptionDescription:We are seeking a Regional Change Manager to join our client's Finance Transformation Organisational Change team. This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the client's Global Change Leader.Your role will be supporting the deployment of the new Global Finance Services operating model, in collaboration with the client (IMEX) teams, Regional Captive Hub and client Offshore teams.The ideal candidate will be accountable for the implementation of the change management framework across their region, working together with the client Change Lead.They will consult and engage with the business stakeholders at multiple levels to facilitate the change during deployment; supported by the global change team.Activities include: Create and maintain a regional / market change management plan aligned to the global approach and framework. Leverage the Change Impacts, best practices and the tools needed to localise and personalise for respective region and market Apply the global stakeholder and communication plan to create market plan Identify audience and determine communication needs by market Share expertise and best-practices to deliver inspiring compelling messages and cascade global messages to market(s) Support identification and onboarding of regional / market Change Champions Coach Change Champions to drive adoption and readiness
