An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tenancy Coordinator to join a well-established housing team on an interim basis, with the potential for longer-term work. This role offers a varied and hands-on caseload, ideal for someone confident in managing tenancies and dealing with complex housing issues.

Your new role

  • Salary: £30,700 per annum (approx. £15.74 per hour)
  • Contract: Interim (initial 2 months with potential to extend)
  • Hours: Full-time preferred
  • Hybrid/agile working available
  • Regular estate visits and community engagement required
  • Office presence needed for duty coverage and team support
  • Managing a designated housing patch
  • Handling tenancy and neighbourhood management issues
  • Investigating and managing ASB cases
  • Working closely with partner agencies and support services
  • Conducting estate inspections and customer visits
  • Supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies
