About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive, multi-skilled Plasterer to join our South-West team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and dynamic workforce delivering high-quality responsive repairs and multi-trade maintenance services across Cornwall. Based out of our Redruth site office, you'll be required to travel across the region, working within occupied and void properties to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out high-quality plastering work as the primary trade
  • Deliver a range of general multi-skilled repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Complete responsive repairs in both occupied and void properties
  • Ensure all work meets health & safety standards and company expectations
  • Provide excellent customer service when working in residents' homes
  • Accurately document work completed and materials used

Essential Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) in a relevant trade or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in plastering and general multi-trade work
  • Full UK driving licence (due to travel requirements)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a basic DBS check
