Real Estate (Housing) Lawyer 2+ To £££
This market-leading firm with a strong housing/public sector client base is looking to hire a versatile real estate lawyer to handle a varied development caseload including forward funded schemes, s106 acquisitions, golden brick transactions, land led schemes, options/conditional contracts, large scale estate regeneration schemes, stock rationalisations and general asset management work. It also supports housing associations with landlord and tenant matters. You will be managing property matters for housing clients including sales and acquisitions, fixed fee estimates, heads of terms, drafting property agreements and lease reviews. Knowledge of the housing sector and familiarity with Part 11 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 essential.
