As part of their strategic growth plan for the Real Estate Finance practice, they are seeking a talented Associate to join their highly regarded Exeter team.
Your new role
You will be joining a market-leading Real Estate Finance team that advises major lenders, investors, and developers on complex financing transactions. The team works across a range of sectors including commercial property, residential development, and investment portfolios. You will play a key role in supporting high-value transactions, drafting and negotiating finance documents, and managing client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Real Estate lawyer with a strong property foundation from your training and ideally have experience of advising on property finance matters. Experience acting for banks, alternative lenders, and borrowers on secured lending, development finance, and investment transactions would be fantastic, but it's your willingness to adapt and apply your commercial property skills that is of equal interest. Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage a varied caseload are essential.
