Your new role This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Account Executive with Real Estate experience who is ready to hit the ground running in an all-encompassing new role. You\'ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of real estate clients, bringing a confident, consultative approach to client meetings and renewal discussions. You\'ll be expected to lead relationships, write detailed renewal reports, analyse insurance data, and negotiate with insurers to deliver tailored solutions. Crucially, you\'ll play a key role in business development-leveraging your market knowledge and network to identify and convert new opportunities, while deepening existing client relationships. What you\'ll need to succeed You\'ll already be operating as a Real Estate Account Executive within the insurance industry, with proven experience in the real estate sector working on mid-market Real Estate/Property UK business. You\'ll be confident managing your own client book, running meetings independently, and delivering strategic advice. A strong commercial mindset is essential, along with the ability to build relationships, spot opportunities, and drive growth. You\'ll be comfortable working with data, writing client-facing reports, and navigating complex insurance programmes with precision and professionalism.
