Temporary Workplace Assistant (Holiday Cover)
We are looking for a reliable temporary Workplace Assistant to provide holiday cover and support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting visitors and contractors.
Managing facilities emails and general administration.
Coordinating contractor visits and site requests.
Supporting workplace and office services.

Skills & Experience

Previous facilities, workplace or office coordination experience would be a benefit
Able to work independently.
Confident in dealing with visitors and contractors.
Good administrative and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.

Additional Requirement

Must have access to a personal smartphone to use Microsoft Authenticator for laptop access.
This is a short-term temporary assignment, ideal for someone who can quickly pick up responsibilities and maintain a professional office environment.
