Your work will include advising on employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues, restructures and redundancies, senior executive exits, discrimination claims, whistleblowing matters and Employment Tribunal proceedings. The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to build strong commercial relationships while developing your technical expertise across a wide range of complex employment matters. You will have strong technical knowledge across a broad range of employment law matters and be confident delivering practical, commercially focused advice to clients.
